The hospital was great when I first started before the pandemic. 7B was the most amazing and sought after floor. The management was great and so we’re the coworkers. After the pandemic and nursing shortage the hospital did not care for the nurses. They gave us unsafe ratios and floated our staff nightly to other floors. Leaving us understaffed. I really do appreciate the autonomy ORMC allowed but it seems like they don’t care about our license and stress level. |
