It is easy to transfer units within Duke facilities. You do have to pay for parking which is a pain. |

Retention has been an issue, but they are trying to work to incentivize retention. My biggest deterrent: As many hospitals do, some decisions seem purely business based and not driven by RN satisfaction and/or patient safety. |

Its a great hospital to gain experience at but can be difficult at times. Burn out seems to be a big issue and turnover is very high. |
